The Tarpey Gallery
I’m pleased to have three of my latest paintings included in the Refresh 2024 exhibition at The Tarpey Gallery, alongside works of seventeen other artists from across the UK. The exhibition is beautifully curated, showcasing a diverse collection of artistry and mediums, from paintings to limited edition prints and sculpture.
Break of Dawn
This is a small but perfectly balanced painting with rich greens and deep reds agains warm neutrals. The building up of layers in the painting creates some exquisite movement and subtleties in colour, a personal favourite.

Serenity
Subtle pinks and lilacs against grey greens with just a hint of vibrant colour. Inspired by the moments during sunrise when the sunlight hits the surrounding landscape, this painting has a lovely glow to it. Mounted in a contemporary white float frame.

Sojourn
Muddy greens against warm neutrals with a pop of red. A beautiful painting capturing memories of a short stay in Cornwall during storms towards the end of last year. Mounted in a contemporary white float frame.

I attended the opening afternoon on Saturday 3rd February and thoroughly enjoyed browsing each of the spaces in the converted barn gallery to see all the work on display, as well as chat to some other visiting artists and art lovers.

Thursday - Sunday, 10 am - 5 pm, from Saturday 3rd February to Sunday 17th March.
